File Checksum
Calculate various checksums for file integrity verification.
How to Use File Checksum
- Drop or select a file; its bytes stay in the browser.
- Wait while MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-384, SHA-512, and CRC-32 are calculated.
- Copy an individual digest or download the full checksum report.
- Use Verify mode to compare a supplied digest with any generated value.
Each algorithm processes the exact file bytes, not the filename. The examples specify their complete UTF-8 byte content so the displayed digests are reproducible.

A file containing exactly five UTF-8 bytes:
